SOEDARSO PONTIANAK(2020-09-14) SETCYO ASWENDO HARI AGUSTA; 821161037Introduction: Treatment management is the most important responsibility for nurses and requires complex skills in determining patient safety in drug administration so that administration errors do not occur. This shows that the knowledge possessed by a nurse will determine the success assigned to him. How is the Relationship between the level of knowledge of the nurse in the application of the Standard Operational Procedure for giving high alert drugs with the incident administration error at Dr. Soedarso Pontianak? Identifying the demographic data of respondents (age, sex, length of work and level of education), identifying the level of knowledge of nurses in implementing the Standard Operational Procedure for High Alert drugs at Dr. Soedarso Pontianak, identified the incident administration error at Dr. Soedarso Pontianak, to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of nurses in the application of the Standard Operational Procedure for giving High Alert Drugs with the incident administration error in Dr. Soedarso Pontianak. Method: Quantitative with analytical method, cross-sectional research design. Results: Found a p-value of (0.002) which is smaller than the level of significance, namely (0.05), the close relationship between the two variables is 0.349, which means that the relationship between the two variables is sufficient. It can be concluded that the hypothesis Ha is accepted. Conclusion: Can improve the quality of health services by providing training or training, as well as evaluating knowledge and application of standard operational procedures periodically to prevent administration errors.
